"I’ve had my Glycine watch for a while…"
I’ve had my Glycine watch for a while now, and I’m a bit disappointed. I expected it to be tougher for the price, but the case scratched easily and the strap started looking worn out way sooner than I thought it would. It still runs fine, so I don’t feel like I can really justify replacing it, but that almost makes it more frustrating, like I’m kind of stuck with something that works but feels older than it should. Not a terrible watch, just not as durable as I hoped long term.

"Packaging was a letdown"
The watch itself arrived okay, so I’ll give them that... but the packaging was disappointing.
The outer box felt thin and looked like it had been crushed a bit during shipping. Inside, there really wasn’t much padding either, so the watch box was just kind of moving around in there.

For the price, I expected it to be packed with more care. The watch seems fine so far, but the unboxing experience felt cheap... not sure I’d order again if this is how they ship things.

"Something felt off with the watch"
The watch did arrive, but compared to my older Glycine, a few details just didn’t line up. Maybe it would be fine for someone who isn’t too familiar with the brand, but since I’ve owned one before, the differences stood out to me. The box and papers also didn’t really feel right. I reached out to support hoping for a clear answer, but the replies were vague. Personally, I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying from here again.

I ordered from Glycine Watch and the watch turned out fine in the end, so no complaints there. But the communication wasnt great. The emails were really short and a bit unclear, so I had to message again to ask about delivery and tracking info. They did reply, just felt a little slow and kind of confusing at times. I expected it to be more straightforward without having to chase things up. Not a terrible experince, but not exactly smooth either.

For some reason, the checkout process just didn’t feel very secure to me. I wasn’t totally comfortable entering my payment info, so it made the whole experience feel a little uneasy.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from Glycine Watch, the shipping was just really slow. I kept waiting, without much in the way of clear updates, which got frustrating. The watch might be fine, but by the time it finally showed up, the whole experience had kind of lost its excitement for me. Not happy with it, at all...

"Price Felt Hidden Until the End"
The final price really caught me off guard. It felt like the full cost wasn’t made clear upfront, and then somehow it became my problem to figure out why it was higher than expected. Just left me feeling a bit frustrated

"Feels cheaper than I expected"
Maybe I’m being a bit picky, but the case edges felt rough right out of the box, and after about a week the bracelet started rattling. I was hoping it would feel more solid for the price, so I’m disappointed

"Refund process was frustrating"
The watch itself was fine, but the refund process after I sent one back took way too long. Support did respond, but the replies were short and didn’t really explain what was supposed to happen next or when I could expect my money. I eventually got the refund, but the whole thing felt unclear and not very smooth.

"Nice watches, but not all my style"
I was browsing glycine-watch.ch and felt a little embarrassed by how long I spent staring at the watches. Some of them look really clean, especially the vintage-style ones, and the photos on the site make it easy to get a good sense of the design. That said, a few models feel a bit too busy for me with all the dial details and colors. I kind of wish there were more simple options. Overall, not bad at all, just a bit mixed for my personal taste

"No Help With My Warranty"
I reached out about my warranty expecting a simple fix, but it turned into a frustrating back-and-forth. I had to keep explaining the same issue over and over, like nobody was actually reading what I already told them. In the end, I still didn’t get any real help, and the whole experience just felt like a waste of time

"Smooth delivery and reliable!!!"
I ordered a watch from glycine-watch and the delivery went smoothly!!! The tracking updated after about a day, and the parcel showed up right when they said it would!!! The box was in good shape too, no damage or anything. The only small thing was that the first confirmation email took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal!!! Overall, they seem reliable enough and I’d order from them again!!!

"Pretty happy with the tracking overall"
The tracking worked fine for me overall. It updated okay most of the time, though there were a few moments where it seemed to take about a day to refresh. Still, I was satisfied with the experience and always had a general idea of where my order was.

"Pretty Fair Experience Overall"
Had my model for a little while now, and overall I’d say it’s been a decent experience. It’s not perfect, but I also don’t think it’s fair to expect everything to be flawless. For what it is, it does the job well, and the few issues I’ve noticed haven’t been dealbreakers for me

"I did get my watch back and…"
I did get my watch back and it seems to be working fine now, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the whole process felt slow, and I didn’t get the sense they were in any rush once they had my payment. It kind of left me wondering if they’re more focused on making money than keeping customers updated and happy.
